Atelier Dojo Cancellation & Refund Policy

 Cancellations and refunds: Send notification of cancellations to info@atelierdojo.com.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of payment

  For 48 hours after payment the enrollee can cancel for a 100% refund, unless the class, workshop, or program has started. Once a class or workshop has started there are no refunds under any circumstances.

• Cancellations up until 30 days before start date

  After the 48 hour grace period, enrollees who cancel more than 30 days before the start date of the class, workshop, or program are issued a refund of 50% of the total tuition.

• Cancellations 30 days or less before start date

  After the 48 hour grace period, there are absolutely no refunds within 30 days of the the class, workshop, or program start date, under any circumstances, even for major life events.

• Missed classes

  There are no makeup days, refunds, or credits issued for missed classes.

• If Atelier Dojo Cancels a Class or Workshop

  All paid tuition will be refunded for the canceled days.
